Medicare Open Enrollment Period Fall 2012 for 2013
Hello, Medicare beneficiaries. Here is a quick note that the Medicare Open Enrollment period has started (Oct 15 thr Dec 7)! That's the only time of year that most of these plans are open after the original sign-up period when you first become eligible for Medicare. During the Fall Open Enrollment period you can change how you receive your health care or prescription drug coverage and add, change or drop coverage. You can make as many changes as you want. The last change that is made is the one that will take effect. Changes made during the Fall Open Enrollment take effect January 1.
